Dbacks not interested in starting pitcher Bud Norris of Houston

The other teams interested in Bud Norris are the Pirates and Orioles, according to Fox Sports' Ken Rosenthal:
Many balls in air with #Dbacks. Peavy, Norris appear among options. Mixed signals on Norris. #Pirates, #Orioles also could be in.

Brian McTaggart of MLB.com said that no deal involving Norris is imminent. He does, however, believe a deal involving Norris is likely. If a deal does send Norris to the Pirates, the deal would not include Gregory Polanco, according to Jeff Passan of Yahoo! Sports. The Astros, however, do like right-handed pitcher Tyler Glasnow, so he could be in the deal. But, according to Bill Brink of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, the Pirates are an unlikely landing spot for Norris.
The Orioles actually play the Astros right now, so if the O's did acquire Norris all he would have to do is switch dugouts. It isn't clear who the Astros would want in return from the Orioles, but the Astros do want a lot for Norris.
It looks like the Orioles are the front runner for Bud Norris, but things can change. On the year, Norris 6-9 with a 3.93 ERA and a 90/43 strikeout-to-walk ratio. If a team that is in a pennant race acquires Norris, they are getting a pitcher who has had good stuff, but hasn't pitched in a postseason game and hasn't had a winning record in his first three full years at the big league level.
