There have been reports that Roger Clemens might have
interest in pitching for the Mexican League, but his agent shot these down,
reports Jerry Crasnick of ESPN.
Roger Clemens' agent Randy Hendricks dismissed the notion that Rocket might be interested in pitching in Mexican League.

Clemens’ agent Randy Hendricks told Crasnick that his client
“is not going to Mexico no matter how many articles they run for publicity.”
The Rocket did return to professional baseball last season,
starting two games for the Sugarland Skeeters of the Independent League. However,
Hendricks notes that the only reasons Clemens did this were because the
opportunity was close to his home and it allowed him to play with his son Koby
Clemens.
Hendricks said Clemens pitched for Sugarland Skeeters only because it was 20 minutes from home & he could play with son Koby.

Clemens allowed three hits while walking none and striking
out three over his eight innings for the Skeeters last season. Prior to those starts
the 50-year-old hadn’t made an appearance at the professional level since 2007
as a member of the New York Yankees.
